Brad has a 2 part conversation with his longtime friend Dave Geenens.   Dave dives into myths of leadership and business and his excitement on the shifts he’s experiencing in culture.

Currently an Associate Professor at Benedictine College in their School of Business, Dave brings decades of top-executive, operational, and financial leadership experience to his teaching and business endeavors.  Most recently, Dave was President/CFO of Fire Door Solutions for three years, where he remains an owner.  Before teaching full-time at Benedictine from 2009-2015 and growing his own consulting practice, Dave was CEO/President of Avascend Healthcare Hospitality in Overland Park, Kansas.

Dave’s prior executive experience includes CEO/President of Impact Design, Inc., and VP of Operations positions at Penn Emblem in Philadelphia, PA, and Gear for Sports in Lenexa, KS. Dave is a CPA (1985) though his license is inactive.

Dave is the author of three books on faith and leadership in business: ARISE!  Life-changing Truths for the Tormented Leader, Leaderslip – Reversing the Slide of American Business Leadership, and, most recently, Nothing is Free – The Price Only Business Leaders Can Pay to Protect Free Markets.  He’s currently researching for and writing his fourth book, Truth and the Transcendent Business.
